There has to be a way around it!

Baldur's Gate 3 Rosymorn Monastery Entrance

When going through the many different areas of Baldur’s Gate 3, you’ll inevitably get to a door that you can’t open. Sometimes a good whack with a warhammer can deal with it, or with the dexterous hands of a rogue or bard, but some are magically locked. In this guide, we’ll show you an alternate way of going inside the Monastery. Get ready to do some jumping and climbing and bring a fly or featherfall spell with you.

One of the easiest ways to go around this pesky door is to head south and west following the path shown above. Using that path, you’ll have to jump down to some rocks maneuver your way from south to east and then north. Spells like Enhanced Jump can be great here, since they’re rituals and don’t use any spells slots outside of combat.
