The questline in Baldur’s Gate 3 has been interesting, ranging from dark to very wholesome in a lot of situations. Yenna Special Dish falls in the former and has to be one of the worst moments in Baldur’s Gate 3 history. There’s going to be no chance Orin will ever be forgiven and you’ll see why.
Keep reading as we walk you through the quest and through the dialogues.
Who is The Doppelganger in Your Camp? – Yenna Special Dish
Yenna Special Dish in “Who is The Doppelganger in Your Camp?” quest begins when you go for a Long Rest in Camp. There, you will see Yenna who is prepping dinner for you. Do note that there’s a variation to this section depending on the storyline you pick after Lord Enver Gortash warns you of a doppelganger in your camp.
After talking and accepting her cooking, you can use Perception to discern what were the ingredients. Unfortunately, it was Grub. RIP.
It was at this moment did you realize that you’re not really talking to Yenna. She will then transform into Orin and tells you of an offer that Bhaal made. She made an offer – not a request – that you come to her side, to Bhaal, by doing one deed.
After speaking in riddles, she asks that you kill Gortash or risk making enemies of her faction. This means that you might get the real Yenna killed and have to face her assassins. She denies ever being allies with the other two. They were simply the Chosen Three that balanced each other out but that changed when you killed one of them.
If you choose to kill the tyrant, Orin demands that you bring the Netherstone to her. Then she promises to set the bait free and you will be deemed sharp enough to enter Bhaal’s flank if you can win in a fight against her. After finishing the cutscene with Orin, you’ll be back to your camp at nighttime.
And that’s the walkthrough for the Yenna Special Dish route in Baldur’s Gate 3!
