Wayfinder is a brander new online multiplayer RPG that players can play on PC and PlayStation. Players can become Wayfinders and can choose their path and playstyle in the game while fighting entities that have taken over the world.
Many players in the game are currently stuck on the Hidden Knowledge quest as they are unaware of what to do. This guide will focus on how to decode the tracers in the undercroft as part of the quest.
How To Decode Tracers
Decoding the tracers is part of the Hidden Knowledge quest. Your goal is to use the Decoder Stations in the Undercroft to decode the Tracers found in the Codex Halls. You’ll need to decode three Tracers in order to finish the quest objective and receive the rewards.
This quest can be found in the Repository of Knowledge, but players need to complete it in the Undercroft otherwise, the progress won’t be counted.
Finding this quest is rare since it took us around thirty attempts before we found it. Hence, we recommend that you play this solo as if somebody starts this event before it is very likely to make you mad.
Difficulty-wise, this quest was doable on Sphere 1 difficulty, so we recommend that. Once you load into the game go up the stairs and at the top take a left.
Then go straight ahead, and you will emerge into a large room. Inside the room, you will find three Decoder Stations. Simply interact with them to place the Tracers in each of them.
Once all three orbs have been inserted into the Decoder Stations, head to the middle of the room. Here you can initiate the decoding sequence. This will start spawning enemies into the room so you should be prepared for a fight. The encounter will end with your defeating the Cryptographer boss.
Once the boss is defeated, you will get a notification that the quest has been completed. Simply go ahead and talk to Lord Halar to receive XP, Memory Fragments, and Reward Tower XP.
