Final Fantasy games have always been the authority when it comes to the fluidity of changing classes. That goes double for the newest installment, Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin. The game allows you to switch between classes seamlessly using the in-game menu without having to go to a central hub.
The caveat is that you can only gain experience during battles on the job you’re currently using to fight in them. To make sure that your other desired jobs can get up to speed, there is a catch-up mechanic for them. All you need to do is farm for Anima Shards.

How To Get Anima Shards Quickly – Stranger Of Paradise
Each Anima Shard gives your jobs 4000 EXP, it doesn’t scale, meaning all job tiers from basic to master will get the same amount per Shard. The following are the best ways to farm them and will not take too much time.
The easiest way is to do main story missions. Simply playing through the story will net you a good amount that you can use to level up your other jobs. If you think this isn’t enough or would like to level up more than one side-job, you can also get it from sub bosses found in various dungeons.
Bear in mind that the harder the difficulty, the more Anima Shards will be rewarded, so don’t be afraid to turn your difficulty to Hard. You’ll be able to grind your character up to speed so that the difficulty level won’t be that much anyway.
The best difficulty to get to, however, would be the Story difficulty. Certain missions will award more shards if you’re in this difficulty so take advantage of it when you can!
