The Front is another open world survival crafting game that you can play right now in Early Access. It is available to play to those that wants to experience this new game that’s making rounds around the internet as people are talking about the game and how intricate and complex it is.
In the game, you don’t just survive by looting locations and killing people for their loot, but you can also make your own farm as well. This is great if you want to get resources like food, as well as Plant Mucus which is important for crafting. In this guide, I will show you how you can farm Plant Mucus in The Front.
How To Farm Plant Mucus
Before you do any farming, you will first need to build a Small Crop Plot. This is essential for any type of farming whatsoever.
The Small Crop Plot can be made if you have the following resources:
- 20 Wood
- 15 Stone
- 20 Fiber
Once you have the necessary amount, go to your Tech tab and select the Structures section. There, you will find the Small Crop Plot option at the bottom.
Select that and place it anywhere you want. I recommend placing it somewhere that has a lot of sunlight and less shade to help the plants grow faster.
Now that you have your Small Crop Plot, you’ll need to start planting Dandelion Seeds into the Small Crop Plot you have set up.
Plant Mucus can come from a lot of sources, but you can get a lot from Dandelions. Plant as many as you can and don’t forget to water them afterwards.
Once planted, come back after some time and you should get Dandelions fully grown.
With the Dandelions fully grown, you can now harvest them. Pull out your farming tool (the sickle) and start harvesting the Dandelions.
You will get Plant Mucus with each Dandelion you harvest. Remember to plant Dandelion Seeds back in their spots, so you can get more Plant Mucus the next time you need them.
