Legends Re:Written has also hopped on the Halloween Event train, bringing in a ton of new content related to the new Season. This includes new rewards you can obtain, an event-specific currency and a Raid that you can farm. The currency is Candy and it is vital for obtaining new Items in this Event.
In this guide, we will show you the Best Way to Farm Candy in the Halloween Event for 2023. The items for this Event are only here for a limited time. They will not be available when the Event is over, so farming Candy and getting them all is vital. Let’s dive in and see how you can stack up on some Candy!
BEST Way To Farm Candy In The Halloween Event
The best way of farming Candy by far is through the new Halloween Raid that has been added to the game. However, there are some steps you can take to make this Raid much faster and ensure that you get the most Candy possible.
Once you have this method down, you can keep farming it for maximum Candy!
Before you join the Raid, you need to have the right Weapon. We recommend having a Weapon with a high AoE that is easy to use. For the early game stage, you can use the Lightning Staff. Alternatively, the Gravestriker works really well too, as it has been buffed and has a high AoE.
You can also use AoE magic here as well. Basically, the reason you need these Weapons is so that you can get rid of enemies and mobs as fast as possible inside the Raid.
After that, you can start the Raid. When you do this, you will find yourself in an open area, where there are plenty of Trees ahead.
As you go ahead, you will see that enemies will start spawning. The goal here is to make your way towards the middle of the Trees.
This is because enemies will spawn from all around, and they will all start attacking you at the same time.
You can maximize the effect of your AoE weapons and try to get as many as possible. Killing them will drop Candy, so you can ensure you are farming as much of it as possible.
You can easily get about 25-50 Candies just by doing this.
There might be a few enemies left but you can just let your long range teammates deal with them. At this stage, you want to head for the door and get inside the Halloween Castle.
Once you get inside, you will find yourself in a large series of hallways. As you move forward, you will have the option to go to three doors.
The rightmost door is the Pink Door. The enemies and mobs inside are very weak and don’t yield much Candy.
As a result, most players tend to avoid this door, and you should too.
Straight to the left, there is the Green Door which is visible from afar and has a lot of good mobs. As a result, most players tend to beeline for this door.
However, you don’t want to go into this Door either as this will leave you with less enemies to farm. So, avoid the Green Door as well.
Just before the Green door there is a hallway that leads to the Red Door. Since the Red Door isn’t immediately visible, most or all of your teammates might decide to straight up ignore it. This gives you the perfect opportunity to go inside and take advantage of the enemies inside.
When you enter the Red Door, there are basically two points where enemies spawn. There is the Church that is to the right after you go ahead a bit. Additionally, enemies also spawn towards the back of the Red Door area.
If you see that your teammates are going for the Church enemies, beeline towards the back. Alternatively, if they’re going for the enemies at the back, start fighting the enemies in the Church.
The enemies that spawn in this area are big enemies, like Trolls. The reason you want to fight these enemies is because they each give you x2 Candies for defeating them. By going through the Red Door, you have more of these enemies at your disposal.
As a result, you can farm these enemies and rack up a lot of Candies.
Once you’re done with this area, you can move onto the other doors. Although, by this point your teammates will have taken care of the rest of the enemies. This will prompt the Derxia boss fight and you can defeat him pretty easily.
A trick that you can use here is to ensure that you keep farming on the same Server. This is because as time goes by, your teammates will gradually start leaving the Server. At one point, it is possible that you have the Server all to yourself.
In this way, you can farm all the enemies and the Derxia Boss by yourself. This can allow you to get like 200-300 Candies fast in just one run! After that, you can keep grinding the Raids with the method shown to ensure that you can farm a lot of Candies.
