How to Get Gift of the Unbound Amulet

In order to get the Gift of the Unbound Amulet, you are going to need to follow a few steps and complete some objectives.

We will provide the steps for you, but before that, do not forget that every choice you make will affect your chances of getting the item. So, make sure to follow everything we will state in this guide.

1. Start an adventure in The Awakened King DLC.
2. Talk to One True King and do NOT kill him.
3. Find the location of Nimue.
4. Talk with Nimue but do NOT kill her.
5. Return to One True King and defeat him.
6. Go back to Nimue and receive your reward.

Detailed Walkthrough

First things first, start a new adventure run in Remnant 2: The Awakened King DLC. In order to do this, choose the adventure mode and then click on the reroll adventure option.

Then, choose the Awakened King. After that, choose the survivor mode and select the Losomn.

In the adventure mode, you will spawn at a checkpoint. Then, you are going to need to locate the One True King and accept his quest. You will find his location by following the main objective.

Simply follow the main objective and you will eventually find yourself in front of the One True King. Do not fight him and choose the options we provided below:

1. “What is my task, Majesty?”
2. “I would be honored to serve… but I have questions.”
3. “Never mind. What would you have me do?”
4. “I’ll see what I can do.”

Once the conversation is over, you will receive the quest and the quest item Rod of Retribution. Now, get back to the Palace of One True King.

You will encounter this palace on your way to One True King during the main objective. From the palace, follow the instructions we will provide to find Nimue.

How To Find Nimue

From the checkpoint, turn right and then take a left. You are going to see the stairs on your right after walking straight for a little while.

Keep climbing the stairs until you see an arc on your left. Go through there and jump down.

Now, you will arrive at the stairs again. This time, you should go down the stairs. Follow the path and keep going down until you see the bright yellow door on your right. Once you arrive at that door, use it to exit the palace.

You will now arrive at the Forlorn Coast and see a checkpoint in front of you. Do not forget to activate it before moving on.

After setting the checkpoint, you should head to the tower on your right. Simply take a turn to right to find the path you should follow.

Get inside the tower and use the stairs to go down. After going down a couple of floors, you will see an open window in front of you. Check out the image below to see what it looks like.

Go through the window and follow the path. It will lead you to the stairs and you are going to need to go down once more.

After following the path for a while, you are going to come to a point where you see stairs on your right.

Do not take the stairs and go to the left, there you will see a ladder at the point we marked in the image below. Use the ladders to go down.

Then, you will see another ladder. Use it too and go down. After that, you will see a third ladder but do not use it and go straight ahead. Follow the path and turn left.

Finally, you will see Nimue right in front of you.

Choose To Spare Nimue

Once you find Nimue, you will have the option to kill her. You definitely must not do that. If you decide to kill Nimue, you are not going to be able to get the amulet later. Choose the dialogue options below:

1. “Why should I kill him instead of you?”
2. “You win. I hope I don’t regret this… (Spare Nimue)”

Now, the quest will be complete, and you are going to receive the Nimue’s Vow as a reward.

Defeat One True King

After getting the Nimue’s Vow quest item, you should go back to the One True King. This time, you will need to defeat him. First, talk to him and choose the dialogue options we provided below.

1. “I have news.”
2. “The joke’s on you, I freed Nimue.”

Once you choose the last option, the fight will begin. You should kill him to be able to move on with the quest. After defeating One True King, you will get Nimue’s Blood-Marred Vow quest item.

Getting The Gift of Unbound Amulet

Now, you should go back to Nimue. Once you are there, she will start talking. After her dialogue is over, you will receive the Gift of Unbound Amulet.
