When choosing Chamber for the first time, one of the things you should take advantage of is his Sheriff ability. You can pull out your Sheriff much faster than anyone else if you are Chamber. Chamber also gives you better ADS on Sheriff. 

Chamber’s Sheriff also does not give any falloff damage if you do a headshot from any range, compared to a normal Sheriff. When it comes to his teleport or E ability, you can use it like Jett’s dash, allowing you to reposition yourself after spotting an enemy. 

This skill is one of the reasons why he can be played as a Duelist. This skill allows him to make aggressive plays and reposition quickly. Do keep in mind that there is a split second while you are in the teleportation animation where enemies can shoot you. 

When defending, be sure to place your trap in two sites. On the other hand, if you are pushing as an attacker, try to save at least one trap for use during the push. When it comes to the Operator, Chamber’s Operator is the best gun in the game.

Your pullout time is much quicker compared to the normal operator. Chamber’s operator allows you to shoot quicker compared to the normal operator as well. 

While you are on ADS, however, you have a slower FOV, so this can be disadvantageous if you are holding tight angles.
