Picture this: you come home after a long day of work or school. You’re tired, but you still got enough energy to relax and play a game of Valorant. Not to worry, you pay for fast internet, so it should be done quickly. Unfortunately, your download speed isn’t going past 0.1KB/s. Infuriating, right? Well not to worry, because we are here to help.

Restart the Client
There’s a way to fix this little issue, and it is by restarting the client. There might be something going on with the client that is not using your internet speed. To fix that, you will need to do the following:
- Close the client
- Open Task Manager
- Close all processes that has anything to do with Riot
- Open the client again
If your client is still not downloading with the correct internet speed, your next best bet is to restart your computer or your internet. If both aren’t working, then it could be a server issue.
