Best Quirk Combos & 2 New Codes
Quirk combos have been rebalanced with the dev explaining that they aim to reduce “extreme quirk combo outliers that dominate the meta.”
A quick glance through the table provided by the dev team shows that Warrior build Celestial with Boxer has nearly 7T DPS after 9.2.2.

To explain the changes in numbers, the team is giving Warrior builds higher average DPS, but slower boss kill time. Mage builds get the opposite with slower side mob kill time, but higher burst DPS for boss kill.
The rebalanced numbers is an attempt to remove certain build meta to give other combinations a chance to shine.
Evidently, most combinations show better numbers whereas certain combos like the Warrior Blackhole x Celestial and the Warrior Titan x Celestial may not be as popular anymore.
