AUT just had a massive content update and now there’s a ton of new stuff to play around with. There’s even a new game mode that lets you play the game without having to actually play it!
We’re talking about new gameplay changes, new abilities, along with new ways to lose the money you earn inside of the game.

Update 3.0 Complete Guide
There’s now a different system that came with this update that lets you obtain stands. That’s with the use of Shards, it’s a roll system so if you know anything about gacha you can bet that it’s gambling.
You can get some of these shards by talking to the Black Market NPC!
Sell whatever item you no longer need to this NPC to get shards for your rolls. We have a guide on where his hiding spots are if you’re having trouble locating him.
Once you have the shards and items on hand, you can start crafting stands where you want.
New Leaderboards
If you’re the competitive type and would like your bust in the middle of the server, then the leaderboard will be right up your alley.
There’s a leaderboard for all new game modes: 1v1, 2v2, and Boundless Tower. No leaderboard for going AFK has been made sadly.
New Loot Chests
The old chests are gone and have been replaced with new ones that contain even better rewards. You get a total of five rewards for every chest you open.
There’s even a good chance of you getting components for the new Chrono Warden ability from these chests. These components would be the warden shards.
Gojo
You’ve seen him elsewhere, now you’ll see him again in AUT. Gojo is known as the strongest Jujutsu Sorcerer and comes in two different flavors: Blindfold and no Blindfold.
You can obtain this crate of damaged goods by killing the Gojo boss and getting the three strongest shards. After that it’s just a matter of crafting him into existence.

Chrono Warden
We did a full showcase of the new exciting ability you can get in A Universal Time. Chrono Warden can be obtained by opening chests for Warden Shards and beating up hoodlums out on the street in-game.
Picking a fight with strangers gives you a chance of obtaining Mysterious Fragments, another component you need for the ability.

Yuta
A new spec to look forward to is Yuta’s moveset. The only way to get Yuta in this new update is by getting 3x Cursed Child Shards.
You can do that by simply going to the game’s Ability Banner and do a few pulls until you get said shards.
New Game Mods
Last but not least, the new game modes in Update 3.0. The main menu hasn’t been only reworked, but now you also have Boundless Tower.
A game mode that lets you fight endless waves of enemies in a battle that gets increasingly difficult over time.
The other game mode, AFK world, earns you reward at the cost of nothing. Just leave your game running and you’ll get something in return every five minutes.
