Megumi Moveset Guide, Combos & Showcase (Mahoraga)

There has been a recent update in Cursed Arena and with it came changes and additions to the game. For Megumi, there’s been a rework as well as additional moves added to the character. Here are all the moves for him!

SIDE NOTE: The update has also added a bunch of new stuff for other characters. Here’s a guide on how to get all the characters in the game if you haven’t gotten them yet!

Megumi Basic Move Set

These are the moves that you should familiarize yourself with the most since you’ll use them often. The great thing about Megumi’s move set is there are a lot of moves that are quick and easy to combo. Here are all the basic moves for this character:

Shadow Stalker

With this move, you summon a wolf that goes forward and attacks your enemy multiple times before disappearing.

Abyssal Edge

You do a big swing with a blade, and it can send enemies flying away from you.

Nimbus Stance

You pull out a segmented staff and swing it around in front of you dealing damage to an enemy.

Thundering Nue

You summon a falcon that slams onto the ground in front of you causing a big explosion and sending enemies back.

Megumi Awakening Move Set

These are the moves that you get when you activate your ultimate mode using the G-key. The mode has a time limit though so make sure to use these moves effectively!

Soulscorch Slaughter

When you activate this skill, you summon something that charges in front of you dealing damage. It also leaves a trail of fire as an effect.

Celestial Construction

This is a counter move so you’ll need to time it right with an enemy attack. When done correctly, you summon a being that beats up the enemy and throws them around.

Behemoth Blitz

When you use this move you jump back, and an elephant drops in front of you dealing damage in a wide area.

Domain Expansion

This is where you activate your domain expansion where there’s a circular black zone around it.

Megumi Combos

Now that you know what Megumi’s moves are the next thing you should try to learn are combos. Here are some great combos that you can try out:

  • 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Nimbus Dance + 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Down Slam + Shadow Stalker + Abyssal Edge + Thundering Nue – Most of the dashes here are done by dashing away and quickly turning your camera back to the player.
  • 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Nimbus Dance + 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Down Slam + Thundering Nue + Shadow Stalker + Abyssal Edge – Similar to the previous combo but this one uses a different skill combo at the end.

Awakening Combos

  • 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Down Slam + Soulscorch Slaughter + Behemoth Blitz – A simple combo that you can try out for awakening moves.
  • 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Down Slam + Domain Expansion + 3x M1 + Front Dash + 3x M1 + Down Slam + Soulscorch Slaughter – This is a longer combo that you can do with awakening moves. You can even use Behemoth Blitz at the end if it’s available.

Those are all the moves and combos that you can use with Megumi in Cursed Arena. Now, go out there and try it out yourself!
