There is a lot of grinding involved in RoBending Online, which is a Roblox game that is still somewhat in its early development stages. Aside from completing daily quests and beating up random mobs, there are also bosses that you can find and grind for all sorts of juicy loot. In this guide, we’ll try to go through each of their locations and what they can give you!
All Elemental Bosses Locations & Drops Guide
Before we begin, it should be noted that these directions will all assume that you are starting from the entrance of the large palace in the middle of the second island (facing away from the door).
All of the following bosses can be found in the second island. If you are still new to the game, you likely won’t be anywhere close to this point yet, so keep on grinding first.

Blue Ninja (Firebending)
The Blue Ninja is a firebending boss that you can find almost directly in front of the palace’s entrance. Simply run forward and enter through the alleyway to your right, just beside the tall yellow building.
Right behind this yellow building is the spawn location of the Blue Ninja. One thing to note about him is that he will only start using fire abilities once his HP is low enough.
His possible drops are the following:
- Fire Missiles – Only obtainable by players who chose the Fire element.
- Dual Swords – A weapon that also gives a +15 Melee statbuff when equipped.
- Blue Ninja Mask – Provides you with +10 Health and +20 Melee stat buffs.
Zaair (Air Bending)
The airbending boss is named Zaair, and he spawns right out in the open so it can be easy to mistakenly identify him as a regular mob.
From the entrance of the palace, run directly to the west and turn right past the tree. From here, keep following the road west. You will eventually run into him standing on the middle of the road itself.
Both of his drops are only obtainable by players who picked the Air element, and they are the following:
- Air Slice – Specifically, a scroll that will let you learn this move.
- Blue Glider – A weapon that grants the user a +10 Melee stat bonus.
Noarrlok (Waterbending)
Noarrlok is the waterbending boss, and she can be found right behind the tall tower directly to the east of the palace.
Just like the previous boss, she is standing right in the middle of the road and may appear to be a normal enemy at first glance. She only has one drop, which is the Water Wave scroll exclusively for Water players.
Hammers Guy (Earthbending)
The one only known as Hammers Guy is the last elemental boss, and as such, he has an earthbending set of abilities. You can’t possibly miss him, as he is holding two large hammers, hence the name.
To get to him, simply follow the road to the west from the entrance of the palace and take a left at the corner. You’ll spot him standing in the middle of an empty block of pavement beside the road.
His drops are exclusively for Earth players, and the items are the following:
- Earth Punch – A scroll that will allow you to learn this move when given to your master.
- Dual Hammers – A hard-hitting weapon that gives a whopping +25 Melee stat bonus.
