Update 14 of Anime World Tower Defense just dropped and there’s a ton of new content for players to explore. New stories, raids, and adventures await you with this new patch, as well as a new Miracle Unit and 5 other units in the World Legacy banner. Apart from this, cosmetic changes were also added to the game, with older towers sporting new makeovers to look better on the field. I’ll discuss these exciting changes in this complete Update 14 guide.
Complete Update 14 Guide
This new update ushers in new units to the normal banner and waves goodbye to the previous season’s Legend Festival Banner. There’s also a new story and new shards in Boss Rush, new skins, and of course, bug fixes. Let’s break all of these new updates down here.
Banner & Units
These are the changes that were put into effect this Update 14:
- Remove Legend Festival Banner
- Addition of festival units to the Normal Banner
- New story and raid
- New Miracle Unit: God Shinobi
- New SCR Unit: Tobby from Shinobi Battleground Raid
- New 5 Unit in [World Legacy] Banner:
- LR Elder Leader, Saru
- UR Prodigy Eyes
- UR Snake Assistant
- UR Insect Ninja
- SR Youth Obi
- New 2 Evo
- UR+ Manata
- SR+ Takashi
- Remodel some units
- Add Freezing Ice and Mystical Shard in Boss Rush
- New 2 LB Skin

Gameplay Changes
Update 14 also introduces gameplay changes that are sure to affect the meta. Here’s the complete list:
- Nerfed MR Lord Sombra Recovery Atomic
- Buffed LR Lightning Amber – reduced cost
- Nerfed Justice Passive to 30% per Debuff
- Buffed SCR Judge Sorcerer Base Stats
- Fixed LR Father of Humanity
