There are puzzles that you’ll only need to find as they’re invisible while there are some that have mysteries surrounding them. The latter gives you a hint of where the puzzle is so that you can find them.

“Seek A Place Where A Skydrop Encircles The Light” Guide
In the Island of Insight, there are puzzles that you can only find by solving another puzzle. That’s how much the game loves these things. Some ones in the game are extremely well hidden and to help the developers have added hints throughout the map.
One of the mystery hints in the game goes like this:
“Seek a place where a Skydrop encircles the light and ascendance is guarded by ancient birds. There, amid the misty gold, seek the lone Logic Grid. Treat Areas as Viewpoints and keep dark tiles from sharing a side.”
If you’re looking for how to solve this mystery, it’s quite simple. All you need to do is go back to the Empyrean Journey. From there, climb to the top until you find a logic grid. The puzzle will be where the light from the hole on the island above it goes.
