Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade has some clunky framerate when you try to push it to 60 FPS, especially on high texture and resolution settings. Worry not friends, we have here for you some of the best settings to maximize your gaming experience on Steam Deck. Here are the best graphic settings!

Steam Deck Best Settings- Final Fantasy VII Remake

The easiest setting is to cap the Framerate at 30 FPS as this is the most stable one even with high texture and shadow resolution. And by default, playing at 30 FPS will automatically disable dynamic resolution so less blurry and smoother graphics. Playing at a capped 30 FPS is good and all, but do you really want to? Who plays at 30 FPS nowadays?

The second-best setting is to play at 40 FPS which you need to force by using DirectX11 and disabling the dynamic resolution. With high texture resolution and low shadow, you will experience no micro-stutter whatsoever with this setting.

But at 60 FPS capped, you will experience some major stutter when playing in high texture and shadow resolution. This is mainly because of the dynamic resolution bouncing all over the place resulting in a somewhat choppy experience.

Tweaking the texture and shadow resolution to low capped at 60 FPS, gets you almost the best graphic setting for this game. You still need to disable the dynamic resolution though, for a maximum gameplay experience without having to worry about blurriness.

Huge shoutout to Steam Deck Gaming for this awesome setting compilation. Check his video for more details.
