The Stab-O-Matic is actually the Face Puncher that was added before. It has lots of similarities and parts to the Knuckled Stab-O-Matic. They reload the same, they are both Hyperion, it can come in 7/14 projectiles.

There are tons of things to do with this weapon really making it the new meta for melee. It drops after you kill the End Boss from the DLC 3. It is very easy to farm and get, basically just by killing the boss.

The Stab-O-Matic in its core is easily explained just by saying that it does melee damage. This is different from a melee attack, do not forget this.

The most favorite thing that a lot of people are doing, and is very effective, is going for the Raging Universal Soldier of Heroism. This makes it so that when you deal melee damage you have a 30% chance to reload to a 100% ammo. This is the key when using this gun. Basically, you will not have to reload. Ever.

It is crucial to use any items or weapons that affect the % of the melee bonus damage. This can drastically change how the Stab-O-Matic functions and make it almost a different new deadly weapon. It is a very used and useful weapon. Highly recommended.

All credit and a huge thank you to Pugly. He went into detail about this weapon and explained as well as showed what are the bonuses and negatives of it. You can check out his YouTube channel here.
