Tales Of Tanorio is a brand new Roblox MMO game in which you need to catch creatures and train them to become the best! The idea behind the game is rather similar to that of Pokemon: you gather creatures and level up their experience points to make them stronger. However, there are some tricks you can apply to your tanorians to be stronger than just leveling them up. In this guide, we will talk about how to EV train and get the best EXP trainer points in Tales of Tanorio.

Stats are one of Tales of Tanorio’s key mechanics. The original Tanorians’ stats are affected by different stats. Now, let’s start by taking a quick look at our creature’s point distribution. When you open their profile, you are going to see four different tabs. These are:

  • Base: Shows the stats you have.
  • Stats: The stats you have after adding your modifiers.
  • Unique: These stats are the stats that are unique to each tanorian you capture; they will be added to your overall stats. The higher the number, the better it is.
  • Effort: The effort stats are the points that you are going to get each time you defeat another tanorian. While your unique points cannot be changed, this one will change as you advance.

There are six stats that you are going to focus on: HP, Melee Attack, Ranged Attack, Defense, Ranged Defense, and Speed. Both qualities and held goods have the potential to change the stats as well. The speed stat is currently bugged in the game, so you will not be able to increase it.

How to Increase Effort Points

We have talked about how each stat affects your tanorian. Now, let’s examine the ways in which you are going to improve each of these points. We are going to show you the most effective way to increase your points for each stat.

Health Points

One quick thing to mention is that as the game receives further updates, you will be able to reset these points. So do not worry if you are not happy with the stats you have for your Starter Tanorian.

Now let’s move on to see how you are going to increase your effort points in the game. To do that, you should open your map and travel to Route 5. There, you should go through the Kaigan Canyon door. It is located right where you teleported.

Once you are there, you are going to see a vine to your left. However, you can climb that vine only after you complete the Second Battle Stadium.

If you manage to get to the top, you will need to go all the way to the right. There, you are going to see a Trainer NPC.

It is a Dragon/Steel type NPC; you can repeatedly fight this one, and it will unlock a fighting move for you that does a lot of damage. On top of that, you will get two health stat points as well.

Attack Points

The next location you are going to head to is Kaigan Cliff. There, you should go straight and pass the bridge. To the left of the bridge, you will see the trainer in the image below.

This trainer here has two torians; he has a snow kit and a rock torian. Fighting this trainer unlocks two attack points for you. If you want to increase your attack, you need to fight this NPC 100 times. It also gives you a lot of XP, so if you are training a melee attacker, they will level up pretty quickly.

Defense Point

For defense stats, visit the trainer in the image located in the same place as the previous one. If you want to increase your defense points and level up quickly, you should find this NPC. This NPC will give you three defense points each time you beat her.

Ranged Attack Points

Next are the ranged attack points. As you did with the previous ones, you need to find an NPC for this one as well. To find it, go to Fable Falls, turn around, and go through the door that will lead you to Pontero Posture.

In the Pontero Posture, turn left, and you will find the NPC you are looking for. The bad thing about this NPC is that it only gives you one ranged attack point. However, it looks like we do not have any better method for gaining ranged attack points at the moment.

Ranged Defense Points

For these types of points, you should go back to the Kaigan Cliffs and try to find an Eyaspire in the grass. It is a pretty easy method, and it will give you two defense points at a time.

You might think trying to locate an Eyaspire would take a long time, but it is actually pretty easy to find, and it is accessible in the wild.

XP Trainer

For the XP Trainer, you need to go to the Kaigan Cliffs once again and fight the same NPC you battled with for defense points. This character is extremely good for both XP training and defense stats. She will give you around 1200 XP points each time you beat her.

Speed Points

As we mentioned before in this guide, the speed stats are currently bugged in the game, and you cannot increase them at all. This will most likely change in the future, but as for now, you have to accept your tanorians being pretty slow.

This is how you are going to improve each stat of your tanorian. Sure, leveling up your tanorian by gaining XP points is a good way to advance, but it is equally important to focus on the different stats of your creature to make them even stronger. Make sure that you have enough points for each section, and you are going to see the difference.
