Jujutsu Chronicles: Complete Update 0.5 Guide

The developers of Jujutsu Chronicles recently released the 0.5 update for the game. If you do not know about Jujutsu Chronicles, it is a free to play fighting game available on Roblox that is inspired by Jujutsu Kaisen.

In the 0.5 update, a lot of stuff was added to the game. Jujutsu Chronicles is completely different from what it was a few months ago. Yet, it is nowhere near perfection. As the team working on it is currently small but they are trying their best to steadily release updates. Read this guide to get yourself familiar with the 0.5 update of Jujutsu Chronicles.

Complete 0.5 Update Guide

There are a number of things that are covered in our 0.5 Update guide of Jujutsu Chronicles, so refer to the table below if you are looking for something specific.

Energy

You press E to activate your Aura. It gives you an Attack and Defense buff. Once you activate your Aura, your Curse Power will stop regenerating which is required for Skills. The color of your Aura can be changed in the game (by interacting with the Swap Energy Color NPC found in the Miyashi Park area).

You can also imbue your weapon with your Aura. To do so, activate your Aura first. Then close the aura and release the weapon immediately afterwards. You will do less damage compared to having full Aura but your Curse Power will regenerate in this state.

Stats

The game has 4 main stats that you need to focus on leveling up. Those stats are Strength, Curse Power, Endurance and Stamina.

Strength

To increase Strength level, you need to engage in PVP. You can also get your Strength leveled up by fighting Dummy NPCs which are found standing around in multiple areas.

TIP: Group two or more Dummy NPCs together by pushing them and then attack them. Your attacks will hit all of them giving you more Strength increase per hit.

Curse Power

To increase your Curse Power level, you just need to have the Aura activated or by using skills in the Aura state.

Endurance

Increasing Endurance is pretty straightforward. You just need to press T and your character will engage in a short exercise animation. Your Endurance will increase once the animation is over. In this way, you can keep pressing T and level up your Endurance as much as you want.

Stamina

To increase your Stamina, you need to Dash by pressing Q. You can use Dash to get around the map quickly as well.

Cursed Techniques

In order to change your Cursed Technique, make your way to the Miyashi Park area. You can get to that area pretty easily from the starting spawn location. Look for the sign shown in the image below.

Go straight and then go towards the left. You will find the Cursed Technique Swap NPC there. Interact with the NPC to change your Cursed Technique style.

Cursed Techniques Available In The Game:

You get Cursed Techniques by spinning for it. There are 4 classes of Cursed Techniques: Common, Rare, Legendary and Mythical.

Common Cursed Techniques (drop chance of 75%):

• DisasterFlames
• Guitar
• Clap

Rare Cursed Techniques (drop chance of 15%):

• CursedSpeech
• Straw Doll
• Blood
• CursedGun

Legendary Cursed Techniques (drop chance of 9.5%):

• Plant
• Ratio
• Idle Transfiguration
• Disaster Tides
• Death Gamble

Mythical Cursed Techniques (drop chance of 0.5%):

• Infinity
• Curse Manipulation
• Heavenly Restriction
• Mimicry
• Ten Shadows
• Frost

Clan Traits

You can also become a part of a Clan in the game which will give you various trait boosts. Interact with Clan Traits NPC which is found in the same Miyashi Park area where you found the Cursed Technique Swap NPC.

Clans Available In The Game:

You join a Clan by spinning for it. There are 4 classes of Clans: Common, Rare, Legendary and Mythical.

Common Clans (drop chance of 75%):

• Nishimiya
• Ieiri
• Kusakabe
• Yaga
• Nitta
• Miwa
• Kugisaki
• Ijichi

Rare Clans (drop chance of 15%):

• Muto
• Gakuganji
• Hakari
• Ino
• Fushiguro
• Inumaki
• Kamo
• Hoshi

Legendary Clans (drop chance of 9.5%):

• Nanami
• Todo
• Itadori

Mythical Clans (drop chance of 0.5%):

• Tengen
• Geto
• Gojo
• Okkotsu
• Zenin
• Hajime

Character Traits

You can get a boost of your character traits from the Character Traits NPC which is also found in the Miyashi Park area.

Character Traits Available In The Game:

You get Character Traits by spinning for it. There are 4 Character Trait classes: Common, Legendary, Mythical and Secret. Character Traits inside a class also have different drop chances, so you need to keep that in mind as well.

Common Character Traits (drop chance of 85%):

• None (40% drop chance)
• Agile (20% drop chance)
• Tank (20% drop chance)
• Energy Master (15% drop chance)
• Fortress (5% drop chance)

Legendary Character Traits(drop chance of 14.9%):

• Godspeed (25% drop chance)
• Combat Master (25% drop chance)
• Perfect Vessel (45% drop chance)
• Death Painting (5% drop chance)

Mythical Character Traits(drop chance of 0.1%):

• Gifted Child (50% drop chance)
• Unique (47.5% drop chance)
• Godly (2.5%)

Secret Character Traits (drop chance unknown, but you can assume they are pretty hard to get):

• Superior (unknown drop chance)
• Honored (unknown drop chance)
• The King (unknown drop chance)

Rank

To increase the Rank of your character in the game. Make your way to the doorway shown in the image below. You can easily spot this from the starting spawn location.

After you go inside the doorway, make your way towards the jungle at the right. Go straight through the jungle until you reach a set of brick stairs.

After climbing the brick stairs, you will notice a School in the distance. Make your way towards it.

Once you go inside the School, go around the building that is directly in front of the School entrance.

You will find the Rank NPC behind the building. Interact with it to increase your Rank. You need to be at a certain power level to increase your rank.

Black Flash

To learn Black Flash, make your way to the location shown below. This is on the right side of the Rank NPC.

You will find the Black Flash NPC once you get there. Interact with Black Flash NPC to start learning Black Flash. You have to click on small circles that will appear around your character once you start learning Black Flash. You can come back after a certain time to increase your Black Flash.
