D.I.Y. Egg – How To Get It
You will need to collect three items before you can get the D.I.Y Egg. These items are the scissors, a box, and tape. They’re all pretty simple to get (a little waiting and going back and forth) and I’ve outlined how to get them all below.
Getting The Scissors
To get the scissors, first go through this secret hole. You don’t have to do this, but going through here will make it easier to collect the scissors.
If you don’t know where this is, head to the cliffside and walk into this portion of the cliffs (pictured below).
Going through the doorway will lead you to the top of the cliffs. After this, jump onto the ledges in front of this piece of paper.
Stand right in front of the paper and type “knock knock” into the chat box. Doing this will unlock a hidden door in front of you. Walk in and pick up the scissors inside.
Getting The Box
Getting the box will be the most complicated item out of the three. To do this, you will need to open a secret door to access the room where the box is stored.
Lighting Up Squares
Start by heading inside and pressing this yellow square to light it up.
Once lit, walk to the red vending machine close to the exit of the room and adjust the camera angle to look under it. There will be a red square (it’s hard to spot, but it’s there) under the machine. Click it to light it up.
Walk to the blue MRI machine in the room (it will have a blue base next to a white drawer) look under it and press the blue square to light it up.
Lastly, you have to press the green button behind this book. There isn’t any specific order for these buttons, and all of these items will be found in the same room in different corners.
Turning Off Lamps
After you press those buttons, a secret door will open. Follow the stairs up and out of the room. Now you have to press the lamps in a specific order.
The first lamp will be the one by the column.
The second lamp will be close to the plunger NPC near the end of the map.
The third lamp will be down at the beach close to the dock.
After this, head back inside to the red vending machine and enter the code “753910”. This will open up a secret door behind the machine. Go through the blue portal and press the lamp right in front of the spawn.
To get the last lamp, go back through the blue portal and head to the very top of the island. Climb up the stairs and up the cliffs. You can use the same secret portal to get to the scissors to get to the top of the island.
Once you get there, the last lamp will be right beside the tree.
If you do this correctly, a cutscene will play. Head down to the plunger area and input this code into the blue vending machine: 080793.
Now that you have the plunger, return it to the Plunger NPC and he will give you a piece of paper. Head back to the basement and input this code into the red vending machine: 526389. A piece of paper will come out of the machine.
Once you have this piece of paper, head outside and stand by this fence overlooking the ocean.
Now, all you have to do is wait around 30 seconds for the key to spawn. Once you get the key, you can open the secret door right in front of the fence and collect the box.
Tape
To get the tape, you need to complete the Obby approximately 10 times. It’s hard to miss, so just head up there and cross the pillars back and forth until the tape eventually spawns.
Craft The D.I.Y. Egg
Once you have all three items, you can now craft the egg at Happy Home. Make sure that no one runs into your prompt when you’re crafting this egg to avoid any problems.
