Aside from Kibbles to tame your dinosaurs, you can craft a lot of items in the Cooking Pot in Ark. Cooking food items like the Enduro stew can give your character buffs and increase your survivability while hunting in the wild.
Enduro Stew is a stew that can increase your melee damage by 35%, and give you 1.2 health every second. Eating this stew can also increase your character’s stamina. To make the dish, fill up your waterskin first.

Go to the cooking pot and put the waterskin. Alongside the waterskin, you also need to put 2 Stimulant, 9 Cooked Meat, 5 Savoroot, 5 Rockarrot, and 10 Mejoberry. Once you have all the ingredients, add fuel to the cooking pot like wood and turn it on.
