There are some games out there that have long storylines that you’ll need to follow to progress through the game. This is great but some of them don’t have detailed quest logs to help you find your way to progressing. This can be a problem if you’re coming back to a game after a while.
In Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, there is a grand story that you follow and sometimes players get lost. One of the times this happens is when you’re tasked with Hoisting the Alliance Banner.
In this guide, we’ll show you how you can progress through this part of the main quest in the game. We’ll go through all you need to do to continue the story. Now let’s see what we’ll need to do!
Hoist the Alliance Banner Quest Guide
At one point in the game, you’ll be given the quest called “Hoist The Alliance Banner.” A lot of players get lost in this part of the story because you’ll need to do a couple of things.

First, you’ll want to head to Excaliburg outside of your HQ and go to the right of the central plaza as shown below. There, you’ll talk to an NPC by triggering a cutscene.
Outside of Excaliburg in the overworld, you’ll also need to go to the two forest symbols shown below. Without spoiling anything, you’ll need to recruit two characters from both areas. Don’t worry, they’re fairly straightforward.
Another thing you’ll have to make sure to do is talk to the various NPCs and vendors in the HQ building. Make sure that you’ve exhausted their dialogues while doing this.
Finally, make sure that you go to the 3rd floor of the HQ and then go to the south where you’ll go outside. There, you’ll trigger another cutscene with a few characters.
Doing all of that should trigger another cutscene that will move the story forward and finish this part of the main story!
