It is going to be a quest from the Main Story Line that you’ll need to finish. It looks like this in the Quests section. First of all, you will start with The Missing Person one.

For this one, you will have to teleport to Inazuma City, or more specifically to the north fast travel location. Here you will have to locate the Bantan Sango Detective Agency. It is going to be right under the fast travel location so you can just fly there. Here you will have a talking sequence with Sango and Ryuuji.

After this chat, you’ll need to make your way back to Watatsumi Island. It will be located in the southwest part of the entire world map.

Here you’ll talk to Shibata the guard and he will send you to the east side of the island to find Heizou. You will find a person that is locked and you’ll have to free him. To do this defeat all the enemies around. There will be in total around 5 of them. At first, this person will be marked as ???, but it will be revealed that he is actually Heizou.

Whenever you will see Heizou prepare yourself to have tons of chit-chats and long dialogues. In these dialogues, you will have options to choose different answers. The first time, or right now, you can mostly pick whatever you want, but later on, we will tell you what are the correct choices.

After talking to him you’ll need to make your way to the Police Station. You will go to the Tenryuo Commission in Inazuma City again. There will be a long cut scene here will Heizou will be talking to the people from the police station, or more precisely with Kujou Sara.

How to Complete the Shikanoin Heizou Hangout Quest – Genshin Impact

After this long dialogue, you’ll need to go to and talk to Kano Nana. For this, you’ll have to fast travel all the way to the north next to Mt. Yougou. She will be very close to the fast travel location. After this, you’ll go back to Inazuma City and find the old name by name of Iba.

Again a longer set of dialogues will be upon you. Now you will need to locate Ikko. He will be near Hanamizaka. He will be just under Iba. So just jump down and fly next to him. Another very long dialogue that you want to sit through. A real long one.

The next step is waiting for a perfect time. This will be the time period between 20:00 and 24:00. You can be already in this time so you won’t have to do this, but if not, simply open the menu and go under Time. Now fast forward and wait until the next day this time.

Make your way to the Event Venue after this waiting. You will have again a very long talking sequence with Ikko now in front of a whole audience. After this is finished you’ll get the Heizou talks Fraud quest finished, and all of the Hangout too. Congratulations!
