S Tier
- Moon: Moon breathing makes the very top of the Tier list. The breathing is a little difficult to use but once you master it, you can deal with any enemies your way.
- Sun: Sun breathing has very good damage and overall combos. It’s just difficult to obtain because you need to be Prestige 10.
- Stone: Stone Breathing was once overpowered and extremely good and is still insanely overpowered till this day. It can be ranked at the bottom of S Tier due to other stronger breathing techniques but still not to disregard the fact that it’s one of the strongest. You can no longer do infinite combos because of longer cooldowns
A Tier
- Love: Love Breathing combos are smooth and easy to hit. The M1s however could still use some work because of the nerf on the sword. It also may be difficult to acquire because it costs 20,000 Yen and a demon color, making it not very ideal for beginners.
- Mist: Mist Breathing comes with a lot of devastating combinations and range. Considered one of the best options for PvP, which is an important part of playing Demonfall. Mist Breathing makes up for the lack of passive attack damage with the overall damage output. It’s also very easy to get because it costs only 2000 Yen.
- Snake: The moves of snake breathing are a bit slow, but it deals good damage. Coil Choke, for instance, stuns the opponent for about 4 seconds which gives you a window to do some M1s.
- Wind: This breathing is one of the best for PVE and it’s manageable for PVP. Many of its moves are excellent to use during raids. It’s hard to hit during PVP because some of its moves do not have hype armor
- Water: Water breathing has no rework or buffers on the new update and still remains as A Tier powerful. The combo boost is also insanely useful. The only issue here is low damage making it at the end of the A Tier list. Not too good for PVE but really good for PvP
B Tier
- Flower Breathing: Flower breathing is one of the newest breathing techniques and it is placid high B Tier. Some moves are easy to hit and some moves may end up being missable. If you want to learn how to obtain this cool new breathing check out our guide for it called How To Get Flower Breathing & Flower Locations
- Thunder: Thunder is excellent for PVP and just alright for PVE. If you can get a hang of it, it can turn out to be a pretty useful breathing technique. Most of those attacks, however, are blockable, and this has a lot of auto-locks.
- Beast: The reason that Beast Breathing is B Tier is because of the issue that you’re standing still with hyper armor, but your enemies can just dash off and run away to prevent the attack. The most effective way is to go closer to the enemy during beats breathing.
- Flame: During blocks, they are good at dealing damage to demons. It also has a counter move that looks like an iframe. It can deal high amounts of damage with a strong burn and also has high base damage. Some of the combos however are a bit short and the moves are not exactly smooth to hit, which means it may need a rework. It’s a good breathing for beginners.
C Tier
- Insect: You can acquire Insect Breathing for 10k as well as the Insect Nichirin from the Slayer Corps. This breathing is amazing for PvE but slightly mediocre for PvP. Nichirin poisons the opponents that you fight as a passive. It’s also difficult to hit all the moves which is why it’s placed in C Tier.
D Tier
- Sound Breathing: You hardly ever get to land moves during PVP and it’s not ideal for raids. There are much better options in this Tier list.
And that’s it for all the moves in the Tier List. You can ultimately choose any breathing methods and master it if you practice hard enough. So, at the end of the day, always go for the breathing that best suits your play style! You can also learn more about the update with this guide: Demon Fall’s Complete Update 5 Guide (Roblox)!
