At the Second Sea, sail to Umi Island and you should find Hawk Eye at the center of the island. Keep in mind that the fight only triggers when you enter the island.
Hawk Eye has specific spawn times. He spawns during the following times:
1:00, 3:00, 5:00, 7:00, 9:00, 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, 17:00, 19:00, 21:00, 23:00 (UTC +3)
To keep things simple, he spawns at two-hour intervals in real-world time. Keep this in mind when you get to the Hawk Eye location and can’t seem to find him.
Fighting Hawk Eye
Hawk Eye does 62 m1 damage, four moves, a grab, slash barrages, tri-slash, and a counter. As far as bosses go in Grand Piece Online, he’s not very challenging. With a decent build, you shouldn’t have any problems.
