Gym League is regularly updated with new stuff, but the one thing that doesn’t really get changed is the leaderboards. In this guide, we will be talking specifically about the Top 100 Strongest Leaderboards and how you can get into it. Be warned, though, it won’t be easy, and even I am nowhere near it (and that’s okay).
How to Enter Top 100 Strongest Leaderboards
Look, I’m going to level with you, getting to the top 100, especially in the strongest category, is going to be really hard and borderline impossible with a free to play approach. If you are willing to spend Robux on the game, we can definitely give you some advice though.
As of writing this, the floor for the Top 100 Strongest leaderboard is at around 20+ O, which is a ridiculously high amount that will require a ton of play time and extra resources to reach.
First, you are going to need pretty much almost every single game pass available to be able to catch up, especially if you are absolutely new to the game. This includes all of the following passes, minus the individual potions:
- VIP (349 Robux) – This gives you a lot of gameplay and cosmetic bonuses, but most importantly, it will increase your muscle gain by 50%. This one is the most important overall
- Auto Train (599 Robux) – Getting this early will save you a lot of time and remove the need to pay attention, which is still required even if you have an auto clicker.
- Pumped (39 Robux) – Increases your muscle gain by 20%. Despite being very cheap, it gives a significant boost that will scale much better as you unlock higher level gyms.
- Muscle Man (399 Robux) – This will increase your muscle gain by 100%. This one is definitely a must have if you are shooting for even just a low rank of the leaderboards as it doubles your gains.
- Mutated Genes (999 Robux) – Increases your muscle gain by 200%, making this essential if you are gunning for a much higher placement.
- Intelligent Trainer (649 Robux) – This will increase training speed by 50% and give you a better pump. This one will drastically speed up your progress, which will be a huge help if you are trying to go for a leaderboard placement from scratch.
- Stamina Master (749 Robux) – This will reduce your stamina drain and also double your stamina regeneration rate. This goes well with Intelligent Trainer and Auto Train, and it’s just nice to have in general.
- Extra Gear Slot (399 Robux) – This is incredibly useful later on once you have a lot of gear with you. We’ll get to that later.
- Knight Pack (1,999 Robux) – This will give you a mega potion and the Knight’s Shield, which will give you a 4x muscle gain modifier while it is equipped. This seems to have limited availability, so you should get it ASAP if you plan on spending.
- Galaxy Weights (249 Robux) – This will have double the highest weight of the current gym. This is useful until you can spin for the better Divine Weights (triple instead of double).
- Divine Weights (??? Robux) – This is acquired from the Ancient Spin Wheel at a very low rate. Your mileage may vary here, so the cost is completely random and will depend on your luck.
Aside from that, you will also need a lot of gear that gives you muscle growth modifiers. Alternatively, you can also use stuff that increases training speed. Here are some of the ideal items:
- Red Horn (Epic) – Will increase muscle growth by 90% (almost double your current value).
- Golden Horn (Legendary) – Same effect as above, but bumped up to 120% instead.
- Emperor Horns (Mythic) – This increases muscle growth by 1.5x and will also add on a huge stamina regeneration buff and extra cash gain whenever you participate in events for money.
- Surf Board (Epic) – This gives you a whopping 200% muscle growth buff and increase training speed by 50%.
- Golden Lifting Belt (Epic) – This item gives a flat 1.3x muscle growth boost.
- Championship Belt (Legendary) – Same effect as above, but with a 1.4x modifier instead.
- Shark Blade (Legenary) – Same effect as above, but with a 1.8x modifier instead.
- Red Jays (Epic) – Increases training speed by 120% and gives you a decent stamina regeneration buff as well.
- Boxed Shoes (Mythic) – Same training speed as the Red Jays, but with a 250% stamina regeneration effect to accompany it.
- Shark Fin (Legendary) – This will increase your training speed by a massive 300%.
Some of these cannot be acquired directly from the gear crate, such as the shoes. If you need help with that, check out our guide on how to get the new shoes gears for more information.
Next, you will also need to be actively using power ups from the Gym Store whenever you can afford it. By participating in competitions nonstop, you should be able to afford a lot of the following:
- Chocolate Bar – Will give you a 15% bonus to muscle growth and stamina regeneration.
- Chips – This will give you a 25% muscle growth boost.
- Chicken Wings – This will give you a 35% muscle growth boost.
- Protein Bar – This will also give you 35% bonus muscle growth.
- Master Drink – Increases training speed by 10%, accompanied by a decent stamina regeneration buff.
- Cheap Protein Powder – 40% muscle growth boost with a few other modifiers.
- Steak – This will give you a huge 50% muscle growth boost and is a nice bang for the buck item to stack up on.
- Rorate – Increases training speed by 20%, as well as a better stamina regeneration buff compared to the other drink.
- Protein Shake – This will give you a plain 30% muscle growth boost.
- Protein Powder – Better than the previous one as it gives 70% muscle growth instead.
- Creatine Powder – This gives you a whopping 100% muscle growth boost with no downsides.
- Small Power Potion – Expensive per dose, but will give you a 75% muscle growth boost.
- Small Speed Potion – Same downside as above, but increases training speed by 25%
- Secret Beans – This increases both muscle growth and stamina regeneration by 75%
- Angel Potion – This will increase training speed by 75%
- Divine Fruit – This increases your muscle growth by a whopping 200%, accompanied by a huge stamina regeneration buff.
- Hopeful Curry – This will drastically speed up your training speed (125%) and give a sizeable stamina regeneration buff.
- Super Pickles – Pretty much just buffs everything, including muscle growth at a whopping 250% bonus.
It should be noted that the type of items you can buy are dependent on what worlds you have unlocked. This means that at earlier gyms, you will have a more limited selection to buy.
Early on, you will probably be spamming steaks or cheap protein powder. As someone who does work out a lot in real life, the idea of chugging a ton of creatine and protein shakes for quick and easy gains sounds crazy dumb, but it definitely works wonders in this game!
On that note, eating or drinking everything is effective in Gym League. All of these boosts will stack, as indicated by each item’s icon showing up above your stamina bar. So yeah, if you’re shooting for the top 100, you have to be keeping these buffs active as much as possible.
Finally, be active at every new update. Whenever an update rolls out with a new gym, this is the best time to try and catch up because everybody will be on kinda even ground and you might get a taste of that leaderboard even for just a short while.
That is pretty much everything you need to know in order to get to the top scores of the game. Basically, just keep progressing with every buff that you can get being active at all times. You also need to be spending a lot of Robux in order to even stand a chance.
