Devas of Creation has been a fascinating MMORPG-like experience on Roblox, but despite being well-designed and having engaging combat, there are a few choices by the developers that are kind of questionable.
One of these weird decisions is the fact that map pins are only for paying players, which makes it so that very few people know that there are open world bosses in the game. Here is a quick guide on how to find them as a free to play user!
All Hidden Boss Locations Guide
Before we begin, you might want to check out this guide I made on how to make a powerful build in Devas of Creation first. Either setup that I shared there will work well for these bosses, but especially the one that makes use of the dagger for support.
With all that said, these bosses are ideally to be taken on with a party, but skilled players will have no trouble soloing them. Just learn how to parry and dodge unblockable stuff. With all that in mind, let’s get to the list!
NOTE: There is no information about any of their respawn times as far as I know, and I won’t be sitting around and timing it myself since they might not all be the same. Server hopping is a viable strategy if you want to farm a specific boss.
Boss #1 – Snowhide
First up is the level 29 Snowhide, who is a giant bear that can be found just southeast of the main hub town of Viridis. He can be found in his own arena surrounded by some level 20+ bears that you can lure away from a distance before engaging the boss itself.
Its drop table consists of a lot of relatively low level stuff, including a few rare (level 30) body pieces and all higher stat rare weapons at a 0.5% rate each. The most notable drop, however, is the horse mount that has a very low 0.1% rate.
The only noteworthy thing about this boss is that it can activate a buff wherein Snowhide will turn blue for several seconds. During this time, the boss will have very high defenses and will take much less damage than normal.
Other than that, it fights just like the normal bears. You can easily parry its regular attacks and just dodge away from charged moves. Its charge attack is an area of effect line of ice that you can just kind of walk away from too.
Boss #2 – The Creepcrawler Brute
At the Skitterers Nested Village, there is a giant skitterer boss that spawns here. I’ll level with you, I’ve only ever seen and killed it twice. It is a level 35 boss that has very basic attacks and an okay drop table.
It has a handful of epic rarity gear pieces and weapons, though after skimming through it, I have no idea why people are farming this one boss so much. Just for this screenshot below, it took me five server hops to finally find it.
I have beaten this solo back when I was way below level 30, so that should tell you how easy it actually is to fight. If you manage to score an epic gear piece from him, toss it in your storage for now until you reach level 40!
Boss #3 – Tarantox the Giant Spider
Next up, just to the east of Skitterers Nested Village is the level 53 spider boss, Tarantox. Don’t underestimate this one, as it can hit really hard and will require a long chain of parrying and potshots.
It has the potential to drop legendary weapons and armor at a very low rate under 1% each. It also has a 0.1% chance to drop either a pig or a spider, and an extremely low 0.01% chance to give you an Enchanted Deer.
It is highly recommended to fight this with a group, because it has 22000+ health and really high defenses. On top of that, it has a charged attack that can inflict poison to anything nearby, just like the spiders in the Catacombs.
This one is definitely worth farming, but will require a lot of effort to beat. Trust me, even with a strong build, you might struggle with this unless you are on equal levels.
Boss #4 – Karnak the Conqueror
Karnak the Conqueror is a giant ogre boss that has a level of 37. He is actually somebody that you will have to fight as a part of the main quest, so it is hardly a secret. What you may not know though is that it has a few good drops.
Most notably, Karnak can drop some blessed weapon and armor enchant scrolls, which are way better than the regular ones, especially if you are trying to upgrade stuff past the third enchantment. I killed him once while writing this and only got a body piece, though. Bummer, cause the scrolls have a 2-3% drop rate.
He is incredibly easy to beat once you know how all of his moves work. You really just need to pay attention to the shadows to avoid his one extremely dangerous falling rocks attack.

Boss #5 – Baium
Next up is the level 52 boss, Baium. He can be found at the very end of the Catacombs, which is a large dungeon with forced PVP toggle. This means that players who are not in your party can potentially PK you here, though most people tend to just mind their own business.
This one I have never tried to solo, as it has a whopping 50k+ health and defenses that are slightly higher than the equally leveled Tarantox. On the plus side, Baium has an insane drop table consisting of the following stuff:
- 1 to 3x Blessed Armor or Weapon Enchant Scrolls
- Legendary body armor pieces
- Legendary weapons (one of each type)
- Horse & Shadow Pouncer Mounts (0.1% drop chance each)
- Bonecrusher Legendary Mount (0.01% drop chance)
- Legendary keys
These items have a very low drop rate compared to the junk resources and essence tokens, but when you do get them, the dopamine rush will be one for the ages. Again, though, it is highly recommended to fight it with a group.
Boss #6 – Lord Veto Elm
Finally, there is a “boss” who is actually hilariously weak compared to the mobs that can be found all throughout the zone he is in. Lord Veto Elm is a level 45 warrior who can be found deep within the depths of the Ancient Pyramid far to the west of the world map.
His drop table is lackluster, and he is particularly easy to defeat. Honestly, the blue golems surrounding his arena are probably going to give you a harder time. He is counted as a boss, however, and I suspect it might be related to a quest later on that I just haven’t reached yet.
This location is far away from the mainland, and only a few people have bothered going here as it requires either a flying mount or one that is designed for sea travel, such as the turtle that you get for free during the main questline.
And that wraps up this entire guide, as there aren’t really a lot of bosses to take on in the game at the moment. Grulkar exists too, but he appears very early in the main quest and is hardly a challenge, so he is not included in this list. Hopefully we get more bosses in the next few updates, but for now, this is all of them!
