The Attractiveness will be met pretty early on in the game just because of the certain goal you will have to fulfill to get going with the story and the whole process of your Campus. This is very easy to do but for some players, it might be harder to find the menu.

First of all, go into the Campus Overview screen which is located at the bottom left corner of the map. Then these icons will open. Here you will need to find Attractiveness and just click it.

Here choose to filter the Attractiveness. Now you will see the color and everything change on the screen where you were looking at originally. Now you will see all of the areas in green are considered attractive to the students. All of the areas in the sort of lighter green–gray are the unattractive parts of Campus.

Items give attractiveness. You will need to place some items with a high number of attractiveness and over time this area will start to be liked more and more.

So just the key is to go through all of your Campus and look for the Grey areas. Once you find them go into the Items page, especially the Decorative one, and start placing some items that are beautiful and will fit the area. Then after a while, the Attractiveness of this place will go higher and higher.
