To get your Campus Level up, you will need to do some major changes to your campus. You need to hire more staff to teach the students, you need to get more students to stay, and you need to expand your campus and add more rooms to increase the Campus Level.

To add more staff, you need to just hire faculty. But not just any faculty, you need to make sure you hire the best of what’s available to you at the moment. You won’t get the very best when you start, so you’ll have to get the ones that offer more than the others.

To get more students, however, you need to first have more dorms for them to stay in. The less dorms you have, the less students will stay. If you have more dorms, then more students will come in and stay in your campus.

Expanding your campus and adding rooms go hand in hand together. Expanding your campus means you have a lot more rooms to add, and more rooms means your Campus Level will increase. Increasing the room prestige also adds up to the Campus Level, so make sure to do that as well.
