Farming Simulator 25 allows players to build all sorts of production buildings to help make a profit. One such building that players can build or purchase is the Cement Factory. You can use the cement that you make for the construction of other buildings.
You may be wondering what’s the best way to use the Cement Factory. Not to worry, we have you covered! In this guide, we’ll go over everything you need to know about using the cement factory. Let’s dive in!
Cement Factory Guide
In this guide, we’ll look at how you can set up a cement factory, how to handle production and its overall profitability in Farming Simulator 25. We’ll be looking at the PC version of the game, but the tips apply to all versions of the base game.

Placing & Purchasing The Cement Factory
First things first, you’ll need to get your hands on the cement factory in Farming Simulator 25. There are two ways to get a factory: purchase or build a cement factory.
Purchasing the cement factory is fairly simple. Just check your map and find a cement factory there. Sometimes a map may not have a cement factory but generally, you should be able to find one.
When you do find it, walk up to the wrench icon on the front. Interact with it and you should be able to purchase it.
You can also sell the cement factory in the same way. But be warned that you’ll only get half of your money back.
Of course, if you can’t buy the cement factory, you’ll need to build it yourself. Do to this, go into the build menu and look under the Factories tab. Here, you should be able to place a cement factory for $370,000.
Be careful about the in point and out point when you’re rotating. You want to have additional space near these so that you have easy access to it.
Besides that, you’ll also really want to build a Debris Crusher located in the Factories section too. This is basically a stone generation point. With stones being the main ingredient put into the cement factory, this will help a lot.
Production Inputs
Once you have the cement factory set up, you’ll need to start putting in the ingredients needed to make cement. All three recipes at the cement factory require Stone, which can be obtained from the Debris Crusher.
Start by identifying the in-point of the cement factory, shown by the icon for dumping.
After that, you will need to transport the stone there. You can do this pretty easily by scooping the stones from the Debris Crusher using a Wheel Loader Bucket and then dumping them into the icon. Alternatively, you can also take a trailer full of stones.
Another way to get stones is by picking them from the fields. However, you’re not going to get a very large supply of stones from the fields so just be aware of that.
If you’re wondering how to get stones from fields, our how to remove stones guide has you covered!
Using The Cement Factory
After you have the stones input into the factory, it’s time to start making some products. First, you’ll want to access the production menu for the cement factory. You can do this in three ways:
- By clicking on the factory on the map and selecting Manage
- By going to the wrench icon in front of the factory
- By selecting the cement factory in Production Chains.
After you access the production menu for the cement factory, you should be able to see three products that you can make. They are:
- Cement Bricks
- Cement Bags
- Roof Plate.
Each of these products only requires stone as the input ingredient. Once you’ve picked a product, all you need to do is hit Activate at the bottom of the menu to start producing a particular product in the factory.
Of course, if you run out of stone, there will be a red exclamation mark in the menu to tell you that the ingredients are missing.
If you look below your chosen product, you should be able to see Cycles per month. This indicates how many times the recipe at the bottom will be made in a month. The cost per month is also there for running the factory.
It’s important to note that the recipe at the bottom is represented in liters. So, 1000L of stones can be made into 125L of cement bricks.
Keep in mind that you can change how the in game days translate to months. You can do this by going into the Game Settings and changing the days. This will also impact the Cycles per month.
For each product, you can modify the Output Mode. Each output mode has its unique use and we’ll go through each one to see what it does:
- Storing
- The storage will gradually fill until it reaches 1000L
- After each 1000L, it will spawn a pallet of the product at the out point
- If there is no space, the storage will continue to fill up until it reaches capacity
- Selling
- Sells the products automatically every hour
- Not worth it, as there will be a 20-40% of the price deducted depending on economic difficulty
- Distributing
- Normally moves the product to another factory, but currently no other factory uses cement products
- So, it will just keep storing the product
- However, it will not produce pallets so it’s useful if you just want specific product pallets.
Using The Products
After you’ve made cement products in Farming Simulator 25, there are one of two ways that you can use them. The first way is to sell the products and make some money off of them.
You can do this by selling the pallets. Keep in mind that if you sell them to a train sell point, you’ll need to load them onto a train. We cover that in our how to use trains guide.
The other thing you can do is use the products to make other buildings. In the build menu, there is a Constructables tab with all sorts of buildings. You can use these cement products to construct these buildings.
Moving Pallets
With all these pallets, you might be wondering how you can actually move them around so you can sell them. We’ll briefly go over this if you haven’t moved pallets yet in Farming Simulator 25.
There are two things you can do to get the right vehicle. The first is to get a tractor and get a front loader attacher with it. Remember the company name of the front load attacher you pick.
After that, navigate to the Front Loaders section. Here, you can purchase the front loader that matches with the company you chose.
You’ll see there is a horsepower requirement for each front loader. So, try to pick the one that matches your tractor’s horsepower. Otherwise, it will not work for you.
The other way is to get a loader vehicle that is dedicated to the task of picking pallets. There are various loader vehicles that you can choose from the Loaders tab.
After you get a loader vehicle, make sure to attach the same type of loader to it. For example, if you get a front loader vehicle, then be sure to purchase a front loader.
Next, all you need to do is attach the loader and you’ll be able to use it to move around your cement pallets.
Profitability
After some calculations, all three of the cement products are fairly profitable in Farming Simulator 25. Each of these products can lead to a profit of over $8000/per month. The only real cost will be the initial one of building the factory and Debris Crusher.
After that, the stones you put in will be free.
It’s important to keep in mind that the cement factory is a divided production. For example, let’s say one product is 24 cycles per month. If you start making two products, the cycles will become 12 cycles per month for each of the products.
This is because the power is being divided to build both products. If you start making all three products, then it will be 8 cycles per month each. So, keep that in mind when you are calculating the total profit you’ll make.
That’s everything you need to know for the cement factory guide in Farming Simulator 25. As you can see, the cement factory can be a great profitable asset if you use it properly. The input products are practically free and you can keep generating products after.
