The Octopus is yet another of the rare and special fish types that you will need to catch while fishing in the Cult of the Lamb. You will need to catch one to be able to finish the Beasts Below the Waves Quest line.

The Octopus is one of the easier ones to get believe it or not. All you’ll have to do is beat the Lighthouse area and you want to go for the big fish. It will be this darker and more fat one that you can see inside the water.

It will take you quite the time to catch it tough. Make sure to Hold A whenever you need and time it properly and correct to be able to pull this Octopus all the way to you.

Once you pull it though you will get the Octopus. It is not always going to be an Octopus, keep that in mind. But that doesn’t mean that you can’t go for the big fish again! Try a couple of times and you’ll have it caught in no time.
