The newest addition to Dawn Piece is Sung Jin Woo from Solo Leveling and Gilgamesh from the Fate franchise. If their anime counterparts are anything to brag about, then their abilities in the game are just as impressive! If you’re just as excited as me, then let’s not stray away any further. Here is the complete guide and showcase of Sung Jin Woo and Gilgamesh in Dawn Piece!
How to Get Sung Jin Woo
Sung Jin Woo Location
This character can be obtained by participating in the new dungeon system. You will need to wait for a notification when a dungeon gate spawns. This message appears at the top center of your screen written in blue text.

The location of this dungeon gate is different every time. Because of this, it incentivizes the player to go out and look for it. This portal spawns again every 3 minutes. So don’t feel bad if you don’t get it on the first try!

Once you enter, you will be greeted with hordes of enemies and bosses to fight. With each boss defeated, this dungeon will randomly reward you with the following:
- Jin Woo’s Wraps
- Jin Woo’s Cloak
- Shadow Fangs

With that being said, you must complete this dungeon many times until you receive all the necessary items. Don’t give up just yet!
Dungeon Tips
- These quests can be played with a maximum of 12 people. So invite your friends! The more the merrier.
- If you are short of people to play with, there is no need to worry! In this case, it is always recommended to play in public servers instead. There, you can meet other players who can help you towards your goal.
- The dungeon has 15 waves in total, with 3 bosses to go with it. These bosses will appear every 5th wave and they’re pretty tough!
Shadow Fangs (Sung Jin Woo weapon) Showcase
One of the most impressive-looking weapons in this game. Here it is in all its shadowy might!
Z Skill – Phantom Slice
This releases a large curved strike towards the enemy. It packs a mean blow too!

X Skill – Fangstorm
Fangstorm is a barrage of short deadly strikes that can reach enemies from far away. This skill can be held to prolong the animation.

C Skill – Assassin Rush
This skill is similar to Tenebrae’s Mad Slasher ability. It unleashes a frenzy of close-ranged slashes around the player. Like the Fangstorm, you can hold the Skill button down to increase its duration.

If you want to know more about the Tenebrae, you will absolutely like our how to get Tenebrae and complete guide and showcase in Dawn Piece!
V Skill – Fang Flurry
The Fang Flurry appears similar to the Phantom Slice (Z Skill) but instead throws out 3 fast consecutive slashes of red and blue streaks.

F Skill – Assassin Step
A movement ability that leaves a trail of shadow behind the player while dashing forward. This can be used to get closer to an enemy or as an escape to safety.

How to Get Gilgamesh
Things to Consider
In order to participate in a battle with Gilgamesh, you must purchase a Boss Ticket from Logue Town. You can find an NPC on top of a tower selling the stuff you need.

For each Ticket, you will need:
Item | Amount | Where to Find It? |
Boss Fragment | x1 | One (1) Boss Fragment can be earned after defeating a boss. |
Iron | x15 | Iron can be earned by defeating Starter Mobs. |
Gilgamesh Location
Gilgamesh can be found on Drum Island. After talking to an NPC named “Devil’s Call”, you will hand over your Boss Ticket and initiate a boss battle with this demigod.

Defeating him will reward you with the following items:
- Gilgamesh’s Veil
- Gilgamesh’s Gauntlet
- Staffs

You may not get some of these accessories right away, but that’s alright. Keep repeating the process. Just focus on the goal and keep your head in the game!
Final Steps
Because of Gilgamesh being a Fruit, you need to equip the King of Heroes trait to activate it. You might have to reroll a bunch of times before you can finally get it.

With that out of the way, here is the last list of items required to activate Gilgamesh:
- $30, 000, 000
- King of Heroes Trait
- Staff x30
- Boss Fragment x16

Aureus (Gilgamesh Ability) Showcase
Feast your eyes as the King of Heroes allows you to gaze upon his magnificence!
Z Skill – Gate of Babylon
This skill summons portals to a large collection of weapons that you can use as projectiles. Rain down upon the enemy!

X Skill – Chain of Perfection
The Chain of Perfection can hold down an enemy for a certain amount of time.

C Skill – Lightning Judgement
Let your enemies witness your godly wrath as you unleash a large AoE attack full of lightning. Shocking!

With this new update, the game is becoming even more fun to play! As an avid fan of the Fate franchise, I know I’m eyeing Gilgamesh’s abilities in particular. That’s for sure.
