The new event in Rune Slayer is out and it has revamped the Tundra, which was only recently added to the game with the new update. With the event still quite fresh, a lot of players are still figuring out everything you can do in the event. Capes are in high demand especially as they are one of the key loot items that you can get. Besides offering some insane drip, they also offer stat bonuses that you can use to optimize your build. In this guide, we’ll be going over all the event capes you can get and their obtainment methods. Let’s dive in!
How To Get All Event Capes Fast
To get all the Event capes, you will need to go to the new Event NPC, known as Coral the Event Merchant. He can be found in two locations in Rune Slayer:
- Wayshire
- Frostend
Unfortunately, it seems like the developers forgot to add him for the new event (oops!). So, your best bet will be to look for him at Wayshire if you can’t find him in the Tundra.
Once you do find him, you will want to purchase Presents which cost 150 Event Currency. You have a chance to get all the event capes as epic drops by opening the Presents.
So, your goal will be to grind currency and keep opening Presents until you get all the capes. There are currently four event capes that you can get which we’ll look at next.
Currently, all the event capes have the exact same stats. This is another mistake from the developers that should be fixed soon. Here are the stats that each of the capes will show, but they are not finalized:
- +100 Armor
- +30 Intellect
- +15 Spirit
- +7% Cold Resistance.
With that said, let’s take a look at all the event capes. You might also want to check out our new event guide which goes over everything the event adds.

Event Cape #1 – Fifth Flame
Aesthetically, one of the better designs with VFX that make the flames on the cape actually move. Unfortunately, the stats on this are not finalized.

Event Cape #2 – Oculus
A very classy and purple design making it one of the better designs. It does lack any effects making the cape look quite static.

Event Cape #3 – Divine Calling
Fans of Black Clover will love this cape a lot as it takes strong inspiration. On top of that, it also has shining VFX that make this event cape stand out from the rest, giving it a holy vibe. My personal favorite for sure!

Event Cape #4 – Frost Prince Cape
Fitting the theme of the Tundra, we have the Frost Prince Cape that’s perfect for players who like a more icy look. It has VFX similar to the Diving Calling Cape that fit really well.

Wrap Up
That’s everything you need to know about how to get all the event capes in Rune Slayer. While the stats are not finalized, we still recommend getting them since they are only available for a limited time. Besides some stat bonuses, they also look incredibly good aesthetics wise and you would definitely want them in your collection. Hopefully, you’ll be lucky with the RNG and will be able to complete the set in time!
