Disney Dreamlight Valley: Photographic Memory Quest Guide

You may have a good memory, but do you have a photographic memory?

Disney Dreamlight Valley Photographic Memory Quest Guide

Disney fans rejoice, as you get to play as your original character in a world full of Disney characters. You also get to take quests from characters and build houses and such. Disney Dreamlight Valley is still a new game, with it being in Early Access. For those who don’t know what Early Access means, it basically means that the game is still in development, but in a playable condition where it can be released. The developers will then gather data and suggestions from the community, which they will use to add more content and changes. In this guide, we’ll show you how to do the Photographic Memory Quest.

Photographic Memory Quest Guide – Disney Dreamlight Valley

In the Photographic Memory quest, Goofy asks you to take pictures of an Apple Tree, Raspberry Bush, and Banana Tree when they are full of fruit. This is easy to do, and it will only require you to find them and take pictures before bringing it back to Goofy.

Open your map and you will see that there are fruit markers located in the world. However, they are not all apples, as the markers suggest. They are different kinds of fruits, but you will have to go to each of them to find the tree you are looking for.

When you see an Apple Tree, take a picture using the camera. The Apple Tree is, well, a tree that’s full of apples. It looks like a regular tree if it doesn’t have any apples, meaning that it’s not an Apple Tree you can take a picture of.

The Raspberry Bush, if you are having troubles finding one, can be found near the pond. The Raspberry Bush is simply a bush when there are no raspberries. Make sure to get a clear view of the object of interest when taking pictures.

Lastly is the Banana Tree. You can find this one near the Raspberry Bush, but it might be different in your world. If it’s not there and you have to look for it, then a Banana Tree looks like the image above.

Talk to Goofy (Who will run to you. Honestly a nice change from having to run to them.) and he will praise your photos of the fruits and trees. He then asks you to take pictures of animals this time. Specifically, a Squirrel and a Rabbit. You can find them in the Plaza and the Meadow.

These ones are much harder to take pictures of, as rabbits and squirrels will run away when you try to get close to them, seeing as they are jittery creatures. If you try to approach one, they will run away and you will have to chase after them.

The best way to take pictures of them is to approach them slowly and stop just a few feet away from them. Make sure you are in position for a selfie (yes, they count as pictures). Snap a picture of them before they run away.

Goofy will then run to you and praise you for the animal pictures, but he wants more. He will then ask you to take pictures of a Red Daisy, Green Rising Penstemon, White & Pink Falling Penstemon, and a Dandelion. All of which you can find in the Plaza and the Meadow.

In the Plaza, you can find the Dandelion. Again, selfies count as long as they are in the frame.

From the spot you took a picture with the Banana Tree (assuming you have on there), there is a Red Daisy next to it in the Meadow. Head over there and snap a picture.

A Green Rising Penstemon can be found just outside of a house that’s on the way to the beach. You can see it based on its appearance, which looks like a vase that’s covered in plants.

Going back to the Plaza, you can find a White & Pink Falling Penstemon on the ground. It’s next to some rocks and a tree.

Talk to Goofy again and he will thank you for helping him. After the brief conversation, you will then get a pop up saying that the Photographic Memory quest is complete.
