The new Slime Rancher game is out and they’ve done the impossible, which is to make the game a whole lot of cuter! Slime Rancher 2 introduces a new island, with new puzzles, new areas to explore and more importantly new slimes to catch! The game has just recently released and it already has overwhelmingly positive reviews from the thousands of players that play the game. In this game you collect cute slimes, take care of them and sell what they make and all of this starts in the Conservatory. In this guide we’ll show you how the Conservatory works!
Conservatory Guide For Slime Rancher 2
The conservatory is where most of your time in Slime Rancher will be spent. It’s the area where you can drop off slimes that you collect, make plots and pens for your slimes and is the main place where you get resources.
This is where you make the corrals to keep your slimes. These pens can be upgraded with different things to help you make your slimes happy. From music to taller walls, and even automatic feeding and collecting systems, this is where you slime live.
There are also different things you can place on the plots, like chicken coops, incinerators and gardens to grow trees and plants. Each of these plots can also have their own upgrades, like having more grass in coops and so on.
When your slimes are happy and fed they give out plorts. These plorts can then be sold in the Conservatory for currency that you use to buy more plots and upgrades!
At the lower levels of the place there is also the Fabricator which you can use to create items. These items can help you in your travels around the island, and some of them require specific plorts for you to make them.
Finally, there’s the refinery where you can bank your plorts for later use. If you don’t want to sell the plorts and instead save them for future crafting then this is the place where you put them.
