Either that, or you can play the first Slime Rancher game that came out before it. The game is still the same, though it does not contain some features that Slime Rancher 2 has.

The game is available on all popular platforms, so give it a try and you might like it. Or you might get hungry, which is more than likely.
No Man’s Sky

Taking a break from the cute stuff, we go onto exploring the universe with No Man’s Sky. While there aren’t a lot of monster catching, you do have some monster studying. Besides flying around in awesome space ships and commanding a fleet of your own army, you can actually study other planets and their wildlife.
It’s similar to Pokémon, in a way. Where you are going out and venturing into a world with nothing but your gear with you, seeing creatures that you don’t normally see. Except No Man’s Sky has the gameplay feature to travel off planet and visit others, letting you study more creatures.
The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

If you are looking to explore a large, open world that is full of mystery and other creatures, then The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild is a game you should definitely try. Another Nintendo game that you can add to your collection, this game is the game that redefined open world games since its release, and for good reason.
While there are no monster catching (but monster slaying), you can still enjoy the scenery around you that you normally would in Pokémon Legends: Arceus.

Monster Hunter: Rise is definitely another game you should try if you like Pokémon Legends: Arceus. The main gameplay loop of Monster Hunter: Rise, and pretty much all Monster Hunter games, is that you track down monsters and hunt them down. In a way, it’s pretty similar to Pokémon, except Monster Hunter is much more violent.
Still, Monster Hunter offers a much faster paced action that Pokémon does not have. If you want to take a break from monster catching and want to do some monster slaying, then Monster Hunter: Rise is for you.
