Where To Dive – Coral Island
You first need to talk to Ling, who is a Marine Biologist. You should be able to meet with her once you get a letter telling you to meet her at the pier on the beach. Go to the location and talk to Ling, who will then hand you a diving suit that you will use in order to go underwater.
To go diving, head to this boat on the pier. Approach the larder and you will get the option to dive. Click on the right mouse button and you will then get a black screen. Once the black screen is gone, you will now be underwater and you are free to do whatever.
