To be able to fast travel in Gotham Knights though you will have to unlock it first. So if you aren’t able to do it at the beginning of the game, do not panic. It is possible it is just a feature that you will have to obtain and unlock as you play the main story.
To be able to Unlock the Fast Travel in Gotham Knights you will need to get to 2.1 Chapter. This chapter is called Aka Oswald Cobblepot. You will need to go through the nights and become 4 or 5 to be here.
You need to meet the requirements to be around 4-7 level to be able to complete this quest and chapter. The main objective of it is to reach the Iceberg Lounge. It is as simple as that.
Then once you have completed this quest you will want to go around the map and look for these drones. Most of the time they will be on the very top of the buildings most likely on the highest ones. It works very similarly to the Assasins’ Creed games.
