Path of Destruction is a quest that you might find out at random or simply you will be looking for this quest because of its very cool rewards. Anyhow, it is a quest where you will need to trap a couple of beasts and then defeat a very big beast. In this guide, we will be showing you how to complete it. Letā€™s get started.

Path of Destruction Guide – God Of War Ragnarok

This quest will be automatically started after you will crawl through a gap in the wall where the large footprints will lead you to the jungle in Vanaheim after completing favor: Return Of The River.

Once you start it you will enter a whole new area that has a very big hole and opening in the middle of it. You will need to go inside and jump in the middle of it.

Once you get in the middle you will need to make the bars on the sides to go up so you will be able to actually fir in through and enter the underground level. To do so, you will need to hit the upper elevator structure a couple of times. While it is high enough you will need to hit the lower button with your axe to freeze it.

Once it is frozen you will go under the bars and enter the lower level. Once you get here you will have a legendary chest for looting just on the right.

When you get outside of the entrance you will get 2 very big enemies that will spawn to attack you. Be wary because they do a lot of damage. You can run back and hide behind the bars.

You will need to get the wolves to get inside this elevator. Just pull them back to you and make sure that it is open enough so that they can get inside. Once you have them inside you will need to be quick and just jump on the chain and pull it up.

Next up on this objective list will be to beat the Slag Horn. You will be given a waypoint on the map on where you will need to go. To get there you will need to just use the boat and sail through the river.

Boss Fight

The Slag horn is a very big boss that you will need to eliminate. It will have a lot of HP and be very tanky. You will need to attack it from multiple sides and be constantly on the move to not be struck and damaged.

It is a physical damage type of boss so you wonā€™t be having to worry about any types of spells or spells that it will damage you over time or slow you. Instead, you will just have to worry about his charge and ranged attack with his tail.

Other than that, just go with the plain old melee attacks, and eventually, he will go down. Once you kill this boss you will finish the mission. Congratulations!

We hope that this guide has helped you out on what you need to do in order to get this quest – Path of Destruction completed. Go on ahead and try it yourself now. Good luck!
