Soulstone Survivors is an action roguelite where you fight hordes of enemies whose only goal is to kill you and your friends. It’s a fun game where your equipment and skill determine whether you can survive, or succumb to the hordes of enemies that are trying to kill you. In order to survive, you need to make sure that you are geared up appropriately, which includes Runes. But what are runes? In this guide, we show you what runes are, and what kind of runes you can get.
Runes for Beginners – Soulstone Survivors Guide
Before we show you how to get certain runes, we will first tell you what they are. Runes are unlockable gear that can only be unlocked through achievements. Runes are very powerful, and they help progression easily. While some may be hard to unlock, some of the best runes are unlocked early on. With that said, here are the runes you can unlock:
1 Cost Runes
| Rune Name | Effect | How To Unlock |
| Dash Mastery | 50% faster Dash | Curse 2 Frozen Wasteland |
| Weapon Expert | Start with 2 Actives | Reach level 100 in a single match |
| Center of Attention | Centers attacks on character | Unlock 8 characters |
2 Cost Runes
| Rune Name | Effect | How To Unlock |
| Executioner | 5% per Affliction | Curse IV Dungeon Despair |
| Multicast Mastery | 20% Multi | Curse IV Caves |
| Surefooted | No stun | Level 90 |
| Generalist | 5% per type | 400 Void Lords |
| Purity | 50% for single type | 200k enemies |
| Focus Fire | 40% damage – 20% AoE | 2k elite enemies |
| Controlled Chaos | Double Chaos Rolls | 70% Endless 3 |
| Critical Mastery | CHC – CHD | Curse 3 Grove |
3 Cost Runes
| Rune Name | Effect | How To Unlock |
| Recklessness | Increased damage by 0.5% per HP missing | 3k elites |
| Reroll Mastery | Gives a free reroll every 5 levels | 500 Void Lords |
4 Cost Runes
| Rune Name | Effect | How To Unlock |
| Synergetic (4 Cost Rune) | Increase affliction synergy / drop 20% | Complete Endless 3 |
| Singular Mastery (5 Cost Rune) | Can take multiple of the same ability | Curse 6 Caves |
