Enable Performance Stats
High Ping and Lag Spikes are usually linked to the Roblox server that you are playing. Or at times it can really be related to your own personal internet connection. That is why you should always have the Enable Performance Stats enabled.
You are able to do this inside the Roblox game itself. So just open up the game and then navigate to the menu. In menu you will open up the Settings Tab and and here, right under the Graphics field, is where you can find the Performance Stats. You will just need to make it ON.

Disable VPN

You will navigate to the System Settings in the Windows Search Bar that can be found in the bottom left corner of your screen. Here just write System Settings and open it up. Once you open it, you will go ahead and press the Troubleshoot option.
Under the Troubleshoot options you will open up the Other Trouble–shooters and then you shall find the Internet Connections button. You will just need to go ahead and press the Run button to make it work. It will take some time, but if it works out, it will find the problem with your internet.
Resource Monitor
In some cases, even some applications that are working in the background of your PC can drastically lower your internet speed and give you a lot of High Ping and Lag inside Roblox. That is why you will need to monitor them.
To do so, just open up your Task Manager by pressing CTRL + ALT + DEL on your keyboard and selecting the Task Manager Option. Once you get here, you will open up the Performance Tab, and then on the right side open up the Resource Monitor. This will lead you here:
You will open up the Network tab and here you can see everything that is currently using your internet and downloading something. If it is something big, just right-click it and End the Process.
Test Your Internet Speed
