After talking to Hojo, go to this console on the left side of the room. This will activate the procedure to fix the Mako Recovery Unit. When you start, a 5 second timer will appear and you will need to stop the machine when it reaches 1. Problem here is that once the timer reaches 3, the timer disappears, so you have to rely on the sound and your timing to get it perfectly.
