Despite the whole hype for Gacha games slowing down in the west, Genshin Impact is still one of the best ones out there in the genre. We all remember the early days of the game when it spearheaded the rise of gacha games to the western audience. Recently the game released another update which just adds more to the story and the world, and with more content there of course is more puzzles because they really like placing them everywhere! In this guide we’ll show you all the Cascade Pools Puzzles and how to solve them!
Genshin Impact: All Cascade Pools Puzzles
There are a lot of different puzzles in Genshin Impact, some of them area easy while others take a bit more effort to solve. The Cascade Pools puzzle is one in the middle in terms of difficulty. It’s basically a puzzle where you have to fill up all the basins with sand and to do so you need to hit certain areas to dispense sand from a source or from other basins. Here area all the Cascade pool puzzles.
Tanit Camp Cascade Pools Puzzle
The first one on the list is in Tanit Camp and can be found on the walls of the ruins there. This one is the easiest and shows you how the puzzle works, just bring a ranged character and shoot the thing marked on the image below to dispense sand into the basin. Once it fills up, the puzzle is complete and a chest will appear.
Wadi Al-Majuj Cascade Pools Puzzle
The next one is in Wadi Al-Majuj and takes a bit more steps to complete. First is to dispense the sand, then hit the left part of the top basin so that it doesn’t spill and not get full. Same goes for the bottom one, then lastly hit the right side of the top one to spill it over to the bottom one!

In the Northwestern part of the Wadi Al-Majuj ruins is another set of puzzles, again use the images below for reference on what to shoot.
Safhe Shatranj Cascade Pools Puzzles
The large ruins of Safhe Shatranj has a lot of puzzles both outside the ruins and inside, and there’s a lot of rewards to be found there.
