The only way a Sled can be built inside Sons of the Forest is by going to the 3D printer.
To find one, you will need to go to this location on the map. As you can see you are going to need to get a little bit away from the snowy mountain hills and close to the river.
Once you get here you can find a cave opening in the ground and when you enter it you shall locate a door with a computer room inside.
Here you will find the 3D printer and you need to choose the Sled for creation. To build a Sled you shall need a total of 999 Resin. It says 1000 on the description but 999 also works.
The Sled actually lets you down to slide on big hills. It is one of the most useful items that you can get because it saves you a lot of time and can get you out of danger in crucial moments.
