This is how you can find the 3D printer when looking at your in–game map by using your telephone. As you can see, it is very close to the starting location and between the mountain in the middle and the water to the coast.
Once you get here you shall find a cave in the ground. Simply enter this cave and continue walking across its tunnels and maze until you reach the room with the 3D printer itself.
It is at the end of the tunnel so you cannot miss it really.
