Bows are fine but they take a lot of time to shoot an arrow unlike using a crossbow you just need to aim and pull the trigger and the reloading is way easier than a bow, Crossbows are also one of the weapons that you can’t find lying on the ground and today we’re actually going to guide you on where to find them in Sons of the Forest game.

Sons of the Forest – Crossbow Location

This is where we’re going to locate the crossbow. As shown in the image above, the location is actually surrounded by water on the northern end, it’s in a grassy area with trees all around it, and it’s obviously a dungeon with rock slabs all over it.

Use your GPS to navigate through the map.

Use a flashlight or make a torch before you get inside the dungeon because it is terribly dark there.

Just keep going down the dungeon until you come across what appears to be a vault door that has been opened.

When you do, interact with it, and your character will begin descending into an underground facility.

After you are inside the facility, turn right. You will see a door with a blue light on it. This is where you will swipe your keycard to access the room.

As soon as you walk into the room, you’ll see that those white pots are being filled with various plants and greenery.

There are blood splatters on the floor of the third section of this biome research lab.

Walk towards it and you’ll actually see a corpse lying on the ground and beside it is the crossbow, just press “E” on your keyboard to get the crossbow.

When you turn around, you’ll see crossbow bolts that stick to the wall like blades. To stack them in your inventory, simply press “E” on your keyboard.

And if you want to see your crossbow right now, simply press the letter “I” on your keyboard to bring up your inventory. Next, use your mouse to hover over each item or weapon until you see your crossbow.
