Sometimes you can forget things, like how I forgot how to structure this sentence. When we play video games sometimes we wonder if we’re missing something, or forgetting something, and that something is what we need to be efficient in the game. Maybe you forgot to do your daily quests, or maybe you don’t know that there’s actually free stuff somewhere in the game that you’ve been missing out on.
In Limbus Company the game can be a bit complex so you might miss the simple things, so in this guide, we’ll show you some tips and tricks when you play Limbus Company.

Limbus Company can be a jarring game because of how complex it can be compared to other Gacha games. There are so many things to learn and sometimes you forget some mechanics or downright miss an important thing that can help you along the way.
So here are some tips for new and old players alike!
Daily Stage Clears
We know how boring daily quests can be but we have to do them for the rewards!
One of the easier rewards in the daily quests in Limbus Company is just logging in, the other is always “Clear any Stage 3 time(s)” so be sure to go with that. It doesn’t need to be any hard stage you can just easily finish 3 stages in the Tutorial chapter.
Collect Free Lunacy
Speaking of the Tutorial chapter did you know that when you progress through it you can get free Lunacy at the upper right?
Well, you probably already know that, but did you know that you can do it daily? For some reason the developers just give us Free Lunacy, maybe it’s a bug but I believe it’s better to think that it’s a feature!
Use all of your Energy
This is a gacha game so of course they have the existence tax, also known as an energy system. The more you play the game, the more energy you use until you can’t play the game anymore. This is also known as Time gating to artificially increase play time, but let’s not go into that rant.
If you have some spare energy and you’re done for the game today, make sure to turn your energy into Enkephalin Modules, you’ll need these for Mirror Dungeons anyway so might as well!
So when you come back to the game you can have a full bar of energy and some extra modules to use.
Get a Friend
I know finding a friend can be hard, especially in this game because all of the friend requests I send get ignored and the rest have too many requests to add them.
Still, if you have a friend you can actually get one of his units to be on your team in battles, that means you can get a maximum of 6 units instead of the usual 5!
Get some Threads
When you roll the gacha in the game and you get a duplicate, you automatically get EGO shards for that character. If don’t really want those EGO shards for an EGO you can instead turn them into threads.
Threads can be used to up tier your characters, which is much more important than just leveling them up, so keep that in mind!
