Vergil and Pucci
Right when you spawn, you can find Vergil and Pucci close to each other here.
Yusuke
Right next to the parking lot entrance, you can find Yusuke standing to the side.
Dio
When you enter the parking lot, you can find Dio here.
Wilv_V
Two floors up the parking lot, you can find Wilv_V here.
Dragon
Near the park, there is a dragon resting on top of a roof.
Paragon
To the side of the castle, literally in the water, you can find Paragon here.
Jotaro and Dio
In another spawn location, you can find Jotaro and Dio next to each other.
The Boss
Right by the train station, you can find The Boss behind a wall that you can jump over.
Doppio
In the middle of a tunnel on the train tracks, you can find Doppio standing here.
Bruno Bucciarati
At the entrance of the café, you can find Bruno Bucciarati.
Fisch
Fisch can be found in this location here.
Leaky Eye Luca and Koichi
In the park, you can find Leaky Eye Luca and Koichi. Leaky Eye Luca can be found in the park entrance.
Koichi can be found on the next floor.
Prestige Master Zack
In the area with a fountain, you can find Prestige Master Zack leaning against a tree.
Corrupted
In the arcade, you can find a NPC named Corrupted hiding behind some pillars.
Sosuke Aizen
Aizen can be found inside the bridge.
UzuKee and Goku
In the castle, you can find both UzuKee and Goku. UzuKee can be found here.
While Goku is located here.
Jetstream Sam
Near the arcade, you can find Jetstream Sam here.
Sakuya and Sports Maxx
In the sewers, you can find a shop of some sort that is run by Sakuya.
In the same room, Sports Maxx can be found on the other side of the room.
Quinton and Evil Quinton
In this location, you can find two NPC’s here named Quinton. However, one of them is named Evil Quinton.
Bri’ish Bloke
In this location, you can find Bri’ish Bloke.
Jevil
The last NPC, Jevil, can be found under this water tower.
