In order to level up to level 800 quickly, you will need to follow the main storyline all the way until you can do the Definition of Elite quest.
This quest grants the largest amount of XP in the whole game, so doing this quest is the fastest way for you to get to level 800. However, prior to that, you will need to get stronger.
The main storyline will be challenging and you will need to grind a lot till you can do the Definition of Elite quest. By then, you should have strong Ki techniques and transformations.
You can then do the Definition of Elite quest over and over again until you reach level 800.
