When it comes to item location quests you can always expect one or two things: they’re going to take forever and you’re going to give up indefinitely.
With how huge the map is in Disney Dreamlight Valley this joke I spent ten minutes thinking about might just turn into reality.
Luckily a guide is being written for you at this very moment, so the more you read, the more you’ll find out about all 20 locations you can go to in order to find the orange pebbles for the Secret Orange Potato Quest!
At least this time the locations are fixed, making it all the easier.
All 20 Orange Pebble Locations | Secret Potato Quest | Disney Dreamlight Valley
You’ll need the Orange Potato in order to make the Electrifying Orange Potion, unlike the blue potato which you can just take from Ursula, the orange one requires a bit more legwork.
Before you begin make sure that already have the Lens of Shadows, you can get this by finishing Scrooge’s “The Treasure Hunt Part Two” quest.
You’ll be happy to know that all of the pebbles can be found within the Dream Castle only, so you’ll still have a bit of your sanity left after you find the last one.
Entrance
So let’s start with the one on the left pillar right next to the entrance.
Go up the stairs until you reach the pillar in the middle and go in front of it, a pebble will be right in front and you can easily squat down to grab it.
The last one in this room will be on the top floor next to a plant leaning against the wall on the left side.
The rest of the 17 pebbles can be found in these locations:
- x3 in Mickey’s Secret Room
- x4 in Moana’s Realm
- x1 in Remy’s Ratatouille Realm
- x3 in the Frozen Realm
- x4 in the Toy Story Realm
- x2 in Wall-E’s realm
Hold on, we’re not done with you just yet! We’re going to tell you the exact locations to make this fetch quest even easier!
Mickey’s Secret Room
To get to Mickey’s Secret Room, you have to go to the right side of the castle after you go through the main entrance, it’s surrounded by potted plants to make the place even more obvious for you to see.
The first one is by the left side of the entrance, the second one is on the right side of the door that leads deeper into the room, and the third one is inside the last room on the floor next to some barrels.
Remy’s Ratatouille Realm
Get to this realm by going through the rightmost door at the bottom of the staircase.
Now the pebble’s pretty high contrast, making it easy to spot at times, this is not one of those times. But you can still go to the back of the room and wait for “E ???” to pop up and collect.
That’s it, there’s only one in here for some reason. You should have 7 by now!
Moana’s Realm
As soon as you teleport in head for the ocean and stand by the edge of the sand, there’s one pebble there that’s minding its own business waiting to be picked up.
The second pebble in this realm is right next to the campfire.
Face the campfire and make a right turn to the back of some rocks near the water, there’s a pebble here next to some shells.
The last one is a bit of a hide-and-seek champion, so start at the entrance again and head up the hill while hugging the left side of the path.
Once you get to the stop look at the palm tree that bends twice, right next to that will be the fourth pebble within the realm.
Wall-E’s Realm
As soon as you spawn in head into the back where the broken piece of highway can be seen and grab the first pebble that’s right next to the tree.
The second one is in between the broken fridge and crafting table.
Frozen Realm
Go up to the next floor and open the door in the middle, skipping Simba’s realm entirely. Once you’re in go behind the third pillar if you’re counting from the left.
You can see the entrance in the image provided above, making the difficulty of this first find rather trivial.
Now follow the path to the left until you see the pile of zen rocks, once you do make another left turn.
You’ll find the second pebble the moment you come across some rocks, don’t surf around the area like we did as that made us backtrack a bit to find it.
The third pebble can be found in a small clearing as soon as you go beyond the frozen bridge.
Toy Story Realm
You can find the first one at the entrance again as soon as you enter, it’s on the left side next to the red backpack.
Go further into the room until you find the entrance to the closet, in the back of that closet will be the second pebble.
If you head on over to the back of the main room, past the green chair and play mat you’ll find the third pebble next to a blue book.
And for the final pebble, go next to the bottom of the bed.
Now we need to go to a crafting bench!
To make the potato go to your Functional Items tabs, make sure that you have an Empty Vial as well!
Right now there’s not much use for the item beside you being able to turn it into an Electrifying Orange Potion, but it’s definitely better to have it on your person now rather than hunting for the pebbles again later!
